I can tell you how to spend a day in Nashville!  You certainly want to stay at the Union Station Hotel downtown!  https://www.unionstationhotelnashville.com If this hotel is out of your budget you certainly have other options! I would suggest staying in the  Gulch! If you stay in the Gulch, shopping is great too! One of my favorites is the Fairfield Inn and Suites in the Gulch! A Great view from the rooftop bar and the food is great too!  The famous angel wings are there which is a highly photographed insta spot!  Biscuit love, Peg Leg Porker are the favorite foodie spots  as well as Adele's, the perfect late dinner spot!  Shop at Two Old Hippies and plenty of other favorites like the Amelia's flower truck!  Union Station Hotel You can walk to many places downtown or believe me there are plenty of Uber's. golf carts, pedicabs, bicycles and more!  Getting around is no problem!  You might start off with Brunch at Husk! You will need to grab and Uber
